Our approach

We aim to make voltpcs.com usable by people with different access needs. Our design work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus states, labeled form fields, responsive layouts, and support for device reduced-motion preferences. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference when improving the site.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We do not claim that every page, embedded demonstration, or third-party checkout is fully conformant with a particular accessibility standard. If a feature does not work for you, tell us so we can investigate and help you complete the task.

Tell us which task you need help with and how you prefer us to reply. We will work with you on an available alternative, such as supplying product information by email or assisting with a support request. Do not send payment card details, passwords, or verification codes by email.

Report an accessibility barrier

Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you are comfortable sharing them, your browser, device, or assistive technology can help us reproduce the problem. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

We will review the report, respond through the contact details you provide, and use it to prioritize improvements. Third-party services may need their own provider's assistance; we will help identify the appropriate next step.

Display and motion preferences

You can use browser text and zoom controls to make content easier to read. The landing computer gallery also supports intentional pinch or pointer-based image zoom. If you prefer less animation, enable Reduce Motion in your device's accessibility settings.
